You agree to cooperate in the defense of any legal action brought against Online Writing Central from the publication of the Posts. You agree to reveal to Online Writing Central any actual or potential conflict of interest, including but not limited to any financial interest in any product, firm, or commercial venture relating to the subject of the Posts. Online Writing Central reserves the right to remove from onlinewritingcentral.com/blog any of the Posts in its sole and absolute discretion. Online Writing Central may illustrate the Posts. You grant Online Writing Central the right to edit the Posts for publication. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. By submitting posts to Online Writing Central, You indicate acceptance of these terms.
